Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson is the Managing Director of JLL Restructuring Services, where they lead the Debt Restructuring practice and manage lease restructuring engagements across various asset classes. With 30 years of experience in real estate development, operations, private equity, and consulting, Mark has a proven track record of enhancing profitability and investment value. Previously, Mark served as President of The K. James Companies and held principal and vice president roles at Catalyst Equity Partners and Brunswick Corporation, respectively. They earned a BA in Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Mark has received multiple awards for their contributions to JLL, including the JLL MVP Award in 2022.
