Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an accomplished director currently serving as EMEA PMO Director at JLL since October 2022, focusing on program delivery and client advisory. Previously, Mark held the role of Associate Director and UK Head of Retail at Turner & Townsend from April 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing a diverse range of retail projects and providing program development support. Prior experience includes a Design & Implementation Manager position at Santander Bank, overseeing branch design and brand compliance, and Head of Construction & Facilities at Demipower Group, where management of new build acquisitions and refurbishment projects was a key focus. Mark’s career began at McDonald's Corporation, where over 24 years were dedicated to senior project management in construction across various projects. Educationally, Mark holds a degree in Restaurant Business Management from Nottingham Trent University and completed O Levels at Cheltenham Grammar School.
