Marlon Harewood

Marlon Harewood, FMP, LEED AP, CEM, is a dedicated Facilities Management Professional with a strong emphasis on sustainable engineering and energy management. They have extensive experience in the financial services industry, having managed operations at Cathay Bank, IDBNY, and BlackRock, where they led various initiatives to enhance workplace safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Marlon has developed and administered significant programs, including the Global Renewable Energy Program and Global Occupancy Analytics Program at BlackRock. Currently, they serve as General Manager at JLL and previously contributed to energy conservation efforts at National Grid. Marlon holds multiple degrees in Facilities Management and Environmental Studies from CUNY New York City College of Technology.
