Matt Ivey

Matt Ivey, PEM, is the Chief Engineer at JLL, where they supervise operations and maintenance staff for 1.2 million square feet of state-owned and leased facilities. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions, including Chief Building Engineer and Environmental Health & Safety Manager at 511 Group Inc., and Facility Management Engineer at Johnson Controls, where they received multiple awards for exemplary service and safety. With a strong background in energy management and facility operations, Matt has also served as a consultant, managing facility improvements and conducting energy analyses. They began their career in the US Navy, gaining valuable experience in maintenance and repair of critical machinery and systems.
