Matthew Findlay

Matthew Findlay has over a decade of experience in hotel and security management, beginning as a Duty Manager and Security Supervisor at Stratford City Hotels from January 2013 to March 2021. Following this role, Matthew served as Security Operations Manager and Head of Health Safety Security & Resilience at Hyatt Regency from September 2021 to March 2023. Most recently, Matthew held the position of Operational Resilience Manager for UK and Europe at JLL in September 2025. Matthew holds a degree in International Business from Kingston University, completed in 2011.
