Matthew Green is the Head of Residential Development and UK Multifamily/BTR Valuation at JLL, where they lead a team focused on providing valuation advice for various clients, including banks and developers. Matthew has extensive experience in residential development and investment, with a special emphasis on loan security, acquisitions, and national portfolio valuations. Previously, they served as a Partner at King Sturge from 2002 to 2011. Matthew earned a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading between 1999 and 2002.
