Matthew Richards

Matthew Richards is the CEO of JLL UK & EMEA Capital Markets, where they leverage nearly two decades of experience across all facets of capital markets to address the unique challenges faced by real estate owners. Previously, they held various director roles at JLL, including in EMEA Corporate Finance and as the head of the International Capital Group. Matthew completed studies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019. Actively engaged in the real estate community, they frequently speak at major global events and maintain a strong association with the Urban Land Institute, emphasizing collaboration in creating sustainable communities.
