Matthew Rowley

Matthew Rowley is a Director at JLL with over 20 years of experience in building consultancy and commercial real estate. They have previously held director positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL, where they provided specialized services in project management, technical due diligence, and strategic asset management. Matthew began their career as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Edmond Shipway LLP and has also worked with Birmingham City Council. They earned a degree in Building Surveying and Real Estate from The Nottingham Trent University.
