Matthew Usinowicz

Matthew Usinowicz, FMP, is a seasoned facilities operations leader with a diverse background in managing large-scale facilities and engineering teams. They served as a Team Lead in the Engineering Department of the US Navy from 1999 to 2003, overseeing maintenance of significant MEP systems. Recently, they held the position of Associate Director of Facilities Operations at Nestlé Health Science, where they managed multiple sites and implemented key operational strategies. Currently, Matthew is the Director of Integrated Facilities Management at JLL, directing operations for 5M square feet of mission-critical space. They also hold a Master's Degree in Art from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute.
