Max la Cava

Max La Cava currently serves as Managing Director at JLL, focusing on Investment Sale Advisory, Equity Placement, and Debt Placement, with a specialization in Build-to-Rent and Multifamily Development within the Latin America International Capital Team since November 2019. Previously, Max held the position of Senior Director at Terranova Corporation, where responsibilities included commercial real estate acquisitions and capital markets transactions totaling over $215 million. Prior experience includes serving as a Global Investment Analyst at J.P. Morgan, supporting ultra high net-worth asset management in Latin America, and internships at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, Merrill Lynch, and Banco Mercantil. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, and has completed programs at Yale University and Bond University.
