Meghan Lay

Meghan Lay, FMA, currently serves as an Account Executive for the Pfizer Account at JLL since September 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan was the Executive Director of Facilities Operations for the Merck Account at SodexoMAGIC from June 2020 to September 2023. Meghan's extensive experience at JLL, spanning from February 2009 to June 2020, includes positions as Sr Director of Operations for the Bayer Account and Senior Regional Facility Manager for the Merck Account, where recognition as JLL's "Facility Manager of the Year" in 2017 was achieved for exceptional management of services at Merck’s New Jersey campuses. Earlier experience includes various roles in facilities management at CBRE, including Facility Coordinator for the Siemens Account. Meghan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University.
