Meng Lei

Meng (Estella) Lei is currently the Head of Sales (China) for Barratt London Capital Market at JLL, where they manage sales operations and lead strategic initiatives. With a decade of operational and project management experience, Meng has previously held roles such as Associate BD Director at BMMP and various positions at Barratt Homes China, including Head of Operations and Client Relations Manager. They have a strong background in developing company growth strategies, managing budgets, and fostering high-performing teams. Meng holds a bachelor's and master's degree from The University of Huddersfield, as well as a Ph.D. from Leeds Beckett University.
