Mia Ludlow

Mia Ludlow is a Senior Pursuit and Proposal Manager at JLL, where they manage the winning work process across EMEA and globally. They graduated from The University of Hull with a degree in Management and have built a 10-year career in bidding, producing innovative proposals. Previously, Mia has held roles such as Bid Senior Executive at RSM UK and Bid Coordinator and Manager at Atkins. Recently, they received several accolades, including Shining Star and Proposal Manager of the Year at JLL in 2024. In their spare time, Mia enjoys exploring nature, attending the theatre and gigs, and spending time with their dog, Stitch.
