Michael Evans

Michael Evans is an experienced professional in the field of corporate real estate, currently serving as a Director in the Corporate Capital Markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle since May 2007. In this role, Michael creates innovative solutions for corporates facing complex property challenges, delivering significant shareholder value. Notably, Michael has led the disposal of over £100 million in gross liabilities through three separate Lease Liability Transfers in the banking, communications, and public sectors. Prior to this, Michael was a Partner at Donaldsons from December 2004 to May 2007, where responsibilities included developing strategic and financial consulting services for corporate clients. Michael also served as a Director at Jonathan Edwards Consulting from May 1993 to December 2004, where groundbreaking transactions were facilitated by merging financial analysis with property transaction advice. Michael's academic background includes studies at UCL and St Mary’s College, Middlesbrough.
