Michael Herrera

Michael Herrera is the West and Midwest Region Lead for the Reinvestment Program at JLL, where they leverage a diverse background in both tenant and landlord sides of the real estate development industry. With over $250 million in real estate development experience spanning from Texas to the West Coast, Michael has worked on various project types, including retail, office, and recreational facilities. They earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 2002, followed by dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2008. Michael's career includes roles as Development Services Manager, President of Cohesive Development LLC, and Project Manager at SmithGroupJJR, leading to their current position at JLL since 2022.
