Michael Stassi

Michael Stassi, CCIM, has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily in the Sacramento region. Stassi began his career at CB Richard Ellis, serving as First Vice President from May 2007 to April 2017, and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at JLL since April 2017. Stassi represents Tenants, Landlords, and Financial Institutions and provides an institutional approach to his practice, focusing on strategic, cost-effective, and operationally efficient decisions. With in-depth knowledge of ownership options, construction, and joint venture agreements, Stassi has completed over 150 bank-owned OREO commercial transactions in the past 18 months and leads a six-person real estate team specializing in major office, industrial, retail, and multi-use developments. Stassi holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and is a graduate of Jesuit High School of Sacramento, Class of 1989.
