Michelle LaForce is the Vice President of Operations for Project & Development Services at JLL. A former NCAA Top 10 Division 1 athlete, they possess extensive experience in business strategy development within the commercial real estate and DoD/IC government consulting sectors. Over the past 15 years, Michelle has successfully delivered first-in-class results for Fortune 200 companies by creating innovative solutions and fostering strong relationships. They have held various roles, including Office Manager and Senior Executive Officer at SAIC and Leidos, and have been shaping operations at JLL since 2016. Michelle is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Richmond.
