Mike Hardy, PMP, is a Senior Project Manager at JLL, where they currently execute real estate commercial projects for a public utility, focusing on new construction, renovation, and infrastructure improvements. With over 18 years of experience in project management and development, Mike previously worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Project Developer and Manager of Real Estate Project Management, where they oversaw critical projects across the Carolinas. Prior to Duke, they held positions at Progress Energy and Carolina Power & Light, honing their expertise in construction project management and real estate development.
