Mike Randall

Mike Randall serves as the Head of Global Demand Generation at JLL, overseeing a team of up to 50 marketers across 16 countries and leading a comprehensive transformation of demand generation strategies. Prior to JLL, Mike held various positions at Red Hat, culminating as Senior Director of the Global Demand Center, where a global demand generation strategy was developed to support an $8.1 billion product/service pipeline. Mike's extensive experience spans roles that include managing global marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to organizational leadership development, and driving demand generation successes. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions at MicroMass Communications and The Republik, focusing on brand strategy and creative direction. Mike holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an additional degree from North Carolina State University.
