Ming Ji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and analytics within the real estate sector. Since September 2016, Ming has served as the Director of Research at JLL in Beijing, where responsibilities include monitoring various market segments, including office, retail, high-end residential, serviced apartments, and logistics, while also supporting the firm’s activities in Tier 2 cities across North China. Prior to this, Ming held positions as Analytics Manager and Senior Analyst at the University of California's Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, focusing on Chinese investment in the U.S. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Student Researcher involved establishing databases and analyzing data related to Chinese listed companies. Ming holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Peking University and a Master's degree in International Economics, specializing in the China region, from UC San Diego.
