MingXuan Li is the Director and Head of Asia Markets at JLL Australia, where they lead the Asia Desk within the Capital Markets team in Melbourne. With a career spanning over a decade, MingXuan has previously held roles as a Consultant at Central Equity Limited, Head of Asia Markets Investment Services at Burgess Rawson, and Senior Executive in Investment Services at Savills Australia & New Zealand. They also served as an Information Management Officer for the Department of Defence of Australia and as a Business Development Manager at Brady Property Group. MingXuan has developed a strong network of domestic and offshore buyers while specializing in investment assets and large development site sales.
