Miranda Tam

Miranda Tam is a CFA Level II candidate and a CPA with a solid background in valuation and accounting. They began their career as a Staff Accountant at EY, eventually advancing to Senior Accountant in Assurance. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Analyst in Valuation Advisory at AVISTA GROUP. Currently, Miranda is a Senior Manager in Rent Advisory at JLL, having transitioned from their role as a Manager in the same department after serving as Assistant Manager in Business Valuation. Miranda earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong in 2015.
