Moe Bakri

Moe Bakri serves as the Head of Advisory (SCON) for Saudi Arabia at JLL since September 2025, overseeing project execution in real estate and digital infrastructure, focusing on complex mega city developments and investment strategies for Tier 1 and institutional investors. Prior to this, Moe held the position of Vice President / Expert in Investments & Portfolio Management at the Public Investment Fund, executing approximately USD 2 billion in transactions. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Board Member at Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board, Advisory Board Member at KTERIO, Associate at Arc Ventures, Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, and Manager at JLL. Moe holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Ongoing executive education includes Portfolio Management and Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
