Monica White

Monica White is currently the Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Operations at JLL in Philadelphia, where they are responsible for strategic goal setting for the Property Management Department and managing relationships with property owners and asset managers. With extensive commercial real estate experience, they oversee a team of eight personnel and are actively involved in new business development and financial management, developing and administering annual budgets totaling $40M. Previously, Monica held senior management roles at Fox Realty Co., CB Richard Ellis Co., and Behringer Harvard, earning multiple accolades including Mid-Atlantic Region BOMA Toby awards. Monica also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design at The University of the Arts.
