Moritz Scharbatke

Moritz Scharbatke has extensive experience in retail leasing and asset management, currently serving as a Senior Team Leader Retail Leasing East and Director of Asset Management Leasing at JLL since August 2016. Previously, Scharbatke worked as a Letting Manager and Junior Letting Manager in Retail Asset Management at ACREST Property Group GmbH from January 2013 to July 2016, and held the position of Asset Manager at Prelios from June 2008 to December 2012. Scharbatke began the career as a Junior Asset Manager at Pirelli RE Asset Management Deutschland GmbH in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate Management from bbw Akademie für Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung Berlin (2015-2018), a Diplom-Immobilienökonom in Real Estate Economics from ADI Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft GmbH (2011-2012), and certification as an Immobilienkaufmann from Industrie- und Handelskammer Hannover (2005-2008).
