Nathan Cook

Nathan Cook is the Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management Japan at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group. They have a successful record in the hospitality industry across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Japan, having worked with global hotel chains. With advanced project management skills, Nathan has experience in overseeing new builds, renovations, and repositioning of hotels, with revenue experience ranging from USD$3M to over $100M. They previously held various leadership roles, including Cluster General Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Director of Operations at Hilton Tokyo. Nathan earned a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Massey University.
