Neil Bolt

Neil Bolt has extensive experience in facilities management and property surveying, currently serving as the Client Group FM Director at JLL since April 2014, overseeing national facilities management services for multiple clients. Previous roles include Contract Director and Operations Director for various clients, as well as positions at SETE (London) Ltd, where responsibilities included Senior Management Surveyor. Prior to that, Neil worked as a Management Surveyor at Consolidated Real Estate Management Services and held positions at Martin McColl and T-Mobile UK, among others. Neil Bolt earned a degree in Estate Management, Property Management & Surveying from Birmingham City University from 1991 to 1994.
