Nick Kelly

Nick Kelly is currently an Asset & Energy Operations Manager at JLL, leading the delivery of asset and operational energy efficiency strategies. They previously worked as an Energy Solutions Manager at Darke & Taylor Ltd from 2008 to 2024, where they held roles as an Estimating & Design Engineer and Electrical Supervisor. Additionally, Nick serves as a Senior Consultant at LCMB Building Performance Ltd since 2024. They earned a First Class degree from London South Bank University, completing their studies in 2023.
