Nick Lines is an experienced adviser in the City of London market, with over 21 years in the industry, including 18 years at JLL where they currently serve as National Director. Nick has profound market insight and excellent technical understanding in the design-development and leasing processes, having developed complex leasing and asset management strategies. They previously held positions as City of London Agency Surveyor at Spring4 and Senior Associate at King Sturge. Nick is also a member of JLL’s UK Sustainability Champions Network and holds a BSc Hons in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
