Nicolas Sannier

Nicolas Sannier is the Senior Director and EMEA Healthcare Lead in Valuation & Risk Advisory at JLL, where they oversee key responsibilities in the healthcare sector. Previously, they served as a Senior Asset Manager at Primonial REIM, managing a portfolio of over 150 healthcare and educational properties across Europe, valued at more than €2.0 billion. With earlier roles in investment analysis and asset management, Nicolas has cultivated a robust background in real estate and investment banking. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance in Real Estate from Université Paris Dauphine and a BSc in Real Estate Management and Economics from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
