Niranjan Pore

Niranjan Pore is a results-driven Maintenance and Operations leader with hands-on experience managing teams in fast-paced, automated environments. They have worked as a Line Cook at Rainforest Cafe and held various engineering roles, including as a Junior Engineer at Amit Aero Models, where they gained valuable experience in production and quality control. Niranjan served as a Maintenance Technician at Maxtech Screw Products and has progressed to the role of Sr. Mechanical and Robotics Technician at JLL, where they lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize industrial equipment and improve operational efficiency. They hold a Mechanical Engineering Technician degree from Niagara College and a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Satara Polytechnic.
