Oliver Ward

Oliver Ward serves as the Director of the Residential Valuation team at JLL since May 2011, bringing over 14 years of real estate expertise in the residential and mixed-use sectors, with a focus on valuing housing developments, city center apartment schemes, existing residential investment portfolios, and providing consultancy services. Prior to this role, Oliver held various positions at King Sturge from September 2008 to May 2011, including Associate Director, Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, and Assistant Surveyor. Oliver holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2008, and previously attended King Edward VI Camphill School for Boys from 1998 to 2005.
