Oscar Chan is currently the Head of Hong Kong Capital Markets at JLL, overseeing the Greater China Capital Markets with a focus on investment advisory and brokerage. With over a decade of experience in both inbound and outbound deals in Mainland China, Oscar is highly connected to the domestic pool of investors and has expertise in deal structuring and cash flow analysis. Previously, Oscar served as an Executive Director at CBRE, where they played key roles in numerous global acquisitions and dispositions, totaling over USD $3.0 billion. Oscar is an accredited member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong.
