Patrick O'Toole

Patrick O'Toole is a Senior Director at JLL with 21 years of progressive experience in engineering, project management, owner representation, program management, and operations within the design and construction field and Corporate Real Estate arena. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2000 and became a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina in 2005, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009. Throughout their career, they have specialized in owner representation, capital planning, and managing project budgets and schedules. Prior to their current role, Patrick held various positions that involved overseeing capital planning and project management for high-profile accounts, notably Duke Energy.
