Paul Allwes

Paul Allwes is a Senior Director for PDS Operations at JLL, where they lead a geographically diverse team of eight Operations Specialists. In their current role, they ensure timely project closeouts and provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle while fostering skill development as the regional training lead. Previously, Paul served as a Business Portfolio Owner at The Lash Group, managing technical and process program management initiatives with a focus on operational change management. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Wingate University.
