Paul Reed

Paul Reed has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management, spanning over two decades across various organizations. At JLL, Paul serves as the EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead for Work Dynamics and as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the UK, overseeing senior hires and strategic workforce initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at WSS Associates, Talent Acquisition Manager at LSL Property Services, and Talent Acquisition and Apprenticeship Manager at The Adecco Group. Paul also held positions as Business Systems Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle and Property Accountant at PRUPIM. Paul has a strong background in stakeholder management, supplier relationship development, and recruitment processes, leading teams of talent acquisition professionals. Education was completed at Chace Community School.
