Peter Fullam

Peter Fullam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business rate advisory services. Currently serving as the Director of the JLL Midlands Rating Team since July 2016, Peter specializes in advising occupiers, investors, and developers on various aspects of business rate liability, including appeals, empty rate mitigation strategies, and challenging Completion Notices. Prior to this role, Peter was the Director leading the Birmingham hub of the Cushman & Wakefield National Rating Team, where responsibilities included providing business rates advice and focusing on appeals and financial management. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at DTZ and FHP Property Consultants. Peter completed education at the University of Birmingham and Warneford School.
