Peter McWilliams is an accomplished International Director of Industrial Services at JLL, where they have been recognized as the #1 ranked industrial broker nationally multiple times from 2011 to 2021. Since 1987, Peter has specialized in the Inland Empire market and co-leads JLL’s Inland Empire Industrial Team, focusing on institutional “big box” products. Over the past three years, they completed over 68 million square feet of transactions and have represented numerous high-profile clients, including Costco and Nike. Prior to JLL, Peter served as Senior Vice President at Colliers International from 1996 to 2009.
