Peter Tölzel

Peter Tölzel is a Senior Team Leader in Healthcare Investment at JLL, where they currently excel in overseeing investment strategies. They held various leadership roles throughout their career, including National Director Valuation - Healthcare at JLL from 2008 to 2021, and Head of Valuation at COREALCREDIT BANK AG from 2004 to 2007. Before that, Peter served as a Manager at PwC from 2002 to 2004 and worked as a real estate appraiser at Deutsche Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG from 1996 to 2002. Peter earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Architecture from TH Darmstadt, completing their studies in 1996, and is currently a member of the Supervisory Board at .bieker AG, a position they have held since 2017.
