Philip Lee

Philip Lee is a Vice President at JLL's Denver office, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial, data center, and land properties throughout Colorado. They have partnered with David Lee and Jason Addlesperger, who have led the market share in Denver's Southeast region for over 25 years. Philip has underwritten over $5 billion in commercial properties and has been involved in over $500 million in transactions. A Denver native, Philip brings deep market understanding and experience with principal investing to their clients. Previously, they held positions at Newmark, Newmark Knight Frank, and Black Creek Group. Philip is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate at Colorado State University.
