Phillip Jay is a rating advisor with 35 years of experience in rating valuation, having worked client-side in private practice as well as for the Valuation Office in Harrow and the City of London. They have extensive experience valuing commercial property throughout the South West of England on behalf of major lenders. Currently, Phillip advises on over £100 million of Rateable Value for clients such as AstraZeneca, GSK, Proctor & Gamble, and Verizon. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Valuation & Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic.
