Rachel Jefferies

Rachel Jefferies is a Director of Workplace Consulting with over 20 years of experience in change management initiatives for both public and private sector clients. They previously served as the Director of Change Management at OLG, managing the largest business transformation in Canadian history, and founded Jefferies Consulting to provide change management expertise across various sectors. Rachel has held advisory roles at the Schulich School of Business and has been instrumental in leading change management teams at Home Trust Company and Colliers. They hold degrees from the University of King’s College, Columbia University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
