Ratib Baker

Ratib Baker is an Operations Manager at JLL with over thirty years of experience in the HVACR service industry. Previously, Ratib served as an HVACR Service Manager at EMR Service, where they organized and grew a service department, and as VP of Systems & Support at CDS, where they developed training modules and a wireless monitoring system. Ratib has also held leadership positions in various organizations, including President of RSES Chesapeake Chapter and roles with the Educational and Examination Board of RSES. Ratib’s educational background includes studies in Engineering and Computer Science as well as Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Dayton.
