Ray Roll

Ray Roll is a resourceful and highly motivated team-oriented manager with over 25 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development and management. They have held various leadership positions, including Senior Director at JLL, where they guided teams in customer relationship management and capital planning. Currently, they serve as Director of Development at Neyer Properties, Inc., leading project teams in building and land developments. Ray also previously taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Cincinnati State. Ray holds a B.S. in Construction Management and is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
