Rhys Evans

Rhys Evans is a Director of Tenant Representation at JLL, bringing extensive experience in the real estate industry with a focus on the disposal and acquisition of offices in the North West. Rhys began their career with a placement year at Adderstone Group and gained further expertise as an Agency Surveyor at Eddisons and a Graduate Surveyor at Avison Young, where they advanced to Associate Director and Senior Surveyor. They also completed part-time work experience at Knight Frank before assuming their current role at JLL. Rhys holds a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University.
