Richa Nongrum has a comprehensive background in customer service and guest relations, with experience at several prestigious organizations. Richa began a career as a Customer Service Officer at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) from November 2015 to May 2017. Following this role, Richa worked as a Guest Relations Executive at ITC Hotels from February 2018 to April 2019 and continued in a similar capacity at Conrad Hotels & Resorts from March 2020 to June 2022. Currently, Richa serves as a Front Office Executive at JLL, starting in June 2022. Richa holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bangalore University.
