Richard Cairnes

Richard Cairnes is a Senior Director and UK Head of Project Management at JLL, leading the Life Sciences team. With nearly 20 years of experience, Richard has specialized in pharmaceutical and life science project delivery, particularly in secure environments. Previously, they served as a Director at Currie & Brown and held various positions in project management and building surveying across multiple firms including Deloitte Real Estate and PBC. Richard has been active in enhancing project management practices as a committee member for the Association for Project Management since 2019. They hold professional memberships with the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
