Richard Duff

Richard Duff is a real estate advisor currently serving as Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy at JLL, where they help companies lease and manage real estate. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Portfolio Strategy at Raise Commercial Real Estate, advising rapidly growing AI firms. Richard was also the Vice President of Global Real Estate and Workplace at Better, where they led the company’s expansion strategies across three continents. Their earlier experience includes roles at WeWork and Heintges Consulting Architects & Engineers, where they consulted on award-winning projects. Richard also served as a Teaching Assistant at Columbia University, where they continue their education.
