Richard Molfese

Richard Molfese is the General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, bringing over 14 years of property management experience in the New York market. Currently, Richard manages several significant properties including 619 W. 54th Street and 333 E 38 Street, with responsibilities encompassing day-to-day operations, financial and vendor management, and capital project implementation. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University and has obtained multiple professional designations, including FMA and RPA, while also being enrolled as a CPM candidate at IREM.
