Rick Goings

Rick Goings is a Senior Director in the Capital Markets group at JLL, based in Houston, where they provide investment advisory services for various property types. Since joining JLL in 2012, Rick has executed over $2 billion in transaction volume. Previously, they worked as a Senior Associate in Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and as a Financial Analyst at Allied Advisors, LLC. Rick holds a Master of Real Estate degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
